20 April 2009: Source Code Migrated from SVN to Git

On April 17, 2009, the gparted source code repository was migrated from SVN to git.
This was part of a large migration performed by the GNOME project.
See GNOME to migrate to git.

Since ChangeLog files are seldom used with git, ChangeLog files will no longer be manually updated in the gparted project.
